SAS Charleroi (officially registered as S A S Charleroi) is a Belgian non-profit association (Association Sans But Lucratif - ASBL) founded on June 30, 1996. For over 28 years, we have been serving the Charleroi community in the Hainaut province of Belgium.

SAS Charleroi was established with the goal of bringing together individuals and resources to address social challenges in our community. Following the General Assembly of March 28, 2019, a new board of administrators took office: Damien Duval, Florence Dupont, and Gwenaël Klass. The registered office was transferred to Rue du Phénix 3, 6020 Dampremy (Charleroi).
Today, SAS Charleroi continues its charitable mission under new leadership, maintaining an active status and serving the community with renewed dedication and vision.
